Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund, Return & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) governs the sale of cosmetic products and beauty accessories (“Products”) sold through the website Fantaisea (“Website”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By placing an order on the Website, the customer (“You”, “User”) agrees to be bound by this Policy.


1. Nature of Products & Hygiene Disclaimer

The Products sold on this Website fall under the category of cosmetics and personal care accessories, which are hygiene-sensitive goods.

In accordance with Rule 4(8) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and standard industry practices, opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations.


2. No Return / No Exchange Policy

Except as expressly stated in Clause 3 below, all Products sold on the Website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

  • All Makeup products and cosmetics

  • Beauty tools and accessories such as sponges, puffs, brushes, and applicators

Once delivered, Products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including, but not limited to, personal preference, shade mismatch, allergic reaction, dissatisfaction, or a change of mind.


3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund shall be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery

  • Product received is defective

  • Incorrect product delivered due to our error

  • Missing items in the delivered order

Mandatory Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery

  • The Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video from the sealed package opening is mandatory as evidence

Failure to meet the above conditions may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Verification & Resolution

All requests are subject to verification by our quality control team.

Upon successful verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement of the same Product, or

  • Issue a refund to the original mode of payment

Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping, handling, and convenience charges are non-refundable.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted


6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Adverse skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivities

  • Misuse or improper storage of Products

  • Damage caused after delivery

Customers are advised to read ingredient details and perform a patch test where applicable.


7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
